Gail Thomas

Gail Thomas is a seasoned transformation and strategy leader with a robust background in derivatives operations and product management. Currently serving as a Senior Derivatives Operations Change & Product Manager at LCH.Clearnet since 2011, Gail focuses on improving technical service capabilities and championing change initiatives for the SwapClear service. Previously, Gail held senior positions at UFJI and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, where they managed end-to-end processing of derivative transactions and optimized systems and procedures. Gail began their career at Deutsche Bank, ultimately rising to Head of Confirmations across all business lines before leading significant projects in the derivatives sector.
