Gavin Smyth

Gavin Smyth is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Head of Shared Service Technology at LCH.Clearnet since May 2008, Gavin has a strong background that includes roles such as Project Leader at Euroclear and Technology Analyst at Markit. Prior to these positions, Gavin worked as a Projects Coordinator at UBS and as a Project Manager at LCH.Clearnet. Gavin's educational foundation in Business Information Technology was established at Bournemouth University, where a BSc degree was earned from 1999 to 2003, following attendance at George Abbot from 1993 to 1999.
