Joblu Miah

Joblu Miah is an experienced Senior Risk Manager currently employed at LCH since April 2019, specializing in Repo's, Equities, and Collateral Asset Liability Management, along with liquidity management and risk change. Responsibilities include managing a team of Quantitative Managers and Senior Analysts, ensuring governance compliance for change proposals, and developing the EquityClear, RepoClear, and Collateral Asset Liabilities Management change framework for Front Line Risk. Prior to LCH, Joblu Miah held the same title at Xenfin Capital from January 2012 to March 2019, focusing on first-line risk management, expanding the proprietary trading team, and overseeing trading capital allocation. Joblu Miah's career began at the Royal Bank of Scotland from January 2003 to December 2011, where roles included Credit Trader and involvement in debt equity proprietary trading, market making, and building financial models. Joblu Miah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Reading, completed in 2002.
