Loïc Salmona

Loïc Salmona is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in the finance and energy sectors. Currently serving as Director and Head of IT for EquityClear & CommodityClear at LCH since January 2019, Loïc has previously held significant leadership roles at ENGIE and GDF SUEZ Trading, including Director of IT Customer Energy Management and various IT Manager positions overseeing pre-trade, front-office tools, and trade & post-trade functions. Loïc's career began with roles at Gaselys, TeamTrade, Société Générale, and Réseau de Transport d'Electricité, demonstrating a strong foundation in software development and risk management. Loïc holds a Master's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an engineering degree from CentraleSupélec.
