Nick Barnes

Nick Barnes is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Director of RepoClear at LCH since September 2023. Previously, Nick held the position of Director of Business Development at Pirum from March 2021 to October 2023, and served as SVP of Fixed Income, Derivatives, Funding, and Financing Sales at Eurex for one year. Nick's career also includes roles in Repo Sales and Business Development at MarketAxess, consultancy at Skadi Limited, and brokerage at ICAP, specializing in Repo and Interest Rate Swaps. Nick began a notable tenure at Barclays Investment Bank in August 1997 as an EGB Repo Trader, leading to over 25 years of expertise in the finance industry.
