Héloïse Simon

Héloïse Simon is an experienced professional in client relations and marketing with a solid background in the banking and communications sectors. Currently serving as a Conseillère Clientèle at LCL since May 2022, Héloïse manages a portfolio of 1,300 Franco-Spanish clients, focusing on client acquisition and retention, financing solutions, and insurance. Prior to this role, Héloïse gained experience as a Conseillère Clientèle Professionnels in an alternating position at LCL and as a Marketing and Communication Consultant at Cherimoya, where strategic social media management and e-reputation were key responsibilities.
