Nils Marron

Nils Marron is currently the Directeur d’Agence Multi-sites at LCL, where they focus on developing client satisfaction and the skills of their collaborators. From 2010 to 2012, Nils worked at BNP Paribas, starting as a Conseiller Clientèle Particulier in alternance, and later advancing through various roles in the banking sector. Nils has also gained extensive experience in managing teams and client portfolios across multiple agencies, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and performance. They hold multiple degrees in banking and management, including a Master’s degree from L'École supérieure de la banque.
