Norberto Pires

Norberto Pires has over a decade of extensive experience in the banking and education sectors. Currently at LCL since December 2008, Norberto serves as a member of the Change squad, focusing on KPI production, deliverables for new processes, and training for network and private banking teams. Previous roles at LCL include Director of Agency, responsible for recruitment, training, and ensuring compliance while developing a client portfolio. Since May 2019, Norberto has been an intervention facilitator at GROUPE IGS, designing pedagogical content for business school programs relating to omnichannel strategy and credit management. Additionally, Norberto holds leadership responsibilities at UNION SPORTIVE DE VERNEUIL SUR SEINE and has been involved as an instructor at CFPB since December 2015.
