Samia Achour

Samia Achour has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Responsable développement des carrières, des talents et de la diversité at LCL since January 2015, overseeing career development policies, diversity initiatives, talent management, and leading a team of six professionals. Previous roles include Responsable de projets stratégiques RH and Responsable des Relations Sociales - IDF Ouest at LCL, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR project implementation and managing social instances, respectively. Earlier positions involved recruitment and career management at Crédit Agricole Assurances and Predica, alongside foundational HR work at LCL.
