Jill Rutherford

Jill Rutherford is an accomplished professional in strategic communications and compensation analysis with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently, Jill serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Communications for the Lower Colorado River Authority, a position held since July 2019, after progressing through multiple roles within the organization since 2007. Prior to this, Jill worked at Whole Foods Market as the Senior Compensation Analyst, being the first compensation professional in the company's history. Additional experience includes consulting positions at Willis Towers Watson and a compensation consulting role at Dell. Jill's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Information Management from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction and Bachelor of Music from Northwestern University.
