Josh Williams

Josh Williams is an experienced operations and project manager with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. At Rootstock Wines from 2018 to 2019, Josh coordinated with sales teams and vendors, managing order fulfillment and critical regulatory reporting. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2018, Josh served as Operations Manager at Texas French Bread Bakery and Wholesale, overseeing a staff of over 50 employees while ensuring product quality and organizational standards. Additionally, Josh held the role of Director of Operations at Henderson Selections from 2019 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing relationships with top-tier wine producers focused on sustainable practices. Josh also has previous experience as Operations Manager at Adams House B&B and roles in category buying at LCRA. Educationally, Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
