Lyn Clancy

Lyn Clancy serves as the Vice President of Natural Resources Law and Policy at LCRA since 2000, managing a team focused on water rights, supply contracting, and environmental matters. Clancy's experience includes roles as Senior Water Policy Advisor and Managing Associate General Counsel, with expertise in complex water litigation and transactions. Currently, Clancy is an Associate General Counsel for the National Water Resources Association and lectures on Water Policy at Texas State University. Additionally, Clancy holds various leadership positions within the Texas Water Conservation Association, including President-Elect and past committee chair roles. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and an M.S. in Water Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by continuing education through the Texas McCombs School of Business and the Legal Leadership Academy.
