Mark Packard

Mark Packard is an accomplished Records & Information Manager with extensive experience in document and records management across various industries. Currently serving at LCRA as Records & Information Manager and RIA Program Manager since January 2023, Mark has previously held significant roles at Briggs & Stratton, where responsibilities included developing global records management strategies, and at AnchorBank, overseeing records and imaging management programs. Prior roles include Police Property Supervisor at the Madison Police Department and General Manager at YUM Brands, demonstrating a diverse skill set in operational management and compliance. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Edgewood University and has served in the United States Navy.
