Mark Sumrall, MSRE, is currently the Vice President of Real Estate Services at LCRA, where they lead a team of 40 employees and manage a $1 billion annual capital plan. With extensive experience in commercial real estate acquisition, due diligence, and financial analysis, they also previously served as Director of Real Estate Services at both Texas Department of Transportation and LCRA. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Real Estate Emphasis from the University of Colorado at Boulder. They have demonstrated expertise in implementing strategies that significantly enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder relationships.
