Steve Richey

Steve Richey, M.Ed., is a seasoned professional in creative direction and instructional design, currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at LCRA since 2025. With a rich background in broadcasting and production, they have held key roles including Associate Creative Director at Intertek Alchemy and Supervising Broadcast Director at Elephant Productions. Having begun their career as an F/A-18 Hydraulics and Airframes Technician in the United States Marine Corps, they have cultivated a strong passion for mentorship and efficiency throughout their diverse experiences in media and education.
