Tim Wood

Tim Wood is an accomplished IT Service Management (ITSM) expert with extensive experience in implementing and managing ITSM solutions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the ITSM Architect at LCRA, Tim successfully developed a custom Service Asset and Configuration Management solution and manages the organization's ITSM Roadmap. As the President of ITSM Authority, a consulting firm, Tim has guided over 20 organizations in adopting ITSM best practices. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, where Tim managed a substantial ITSM program, and Technical Project Manager at Cisco Systems, contributing to integration platforms. Acknowledged for leadership in ITIL and ITSM initiatives, Tim has a strong background in change, incident, and problem management, reinforced by an educational foundation in Computer Studies from the University of Huddersfield.
