Stéphane Côme is the co-founder and visionary behind LCS Technologies. During his 20-plus years as a System Architect and Oracle Database Tuning Expert for Oracle, Stéphane discovered that the root of most design and performance issues was not technology. It was the inability of technical teams to work efficiently and effectively together. He founded LCS Technologies to assemble the best human and technical teams possible to guide customers toward the successful implementation of their IT projects.
