Alyssa P.

Alyssa P. is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management, compliance, and employee relations. Currently serving as Regional Human Resources Director at LCS since April 2025, Alyssa has held positions including Director of Human Resources at Porters Neck Village and Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at Connection, where responsibilities included full life-cycle recruiting, managing employee benefits, and conducting compensation studies. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at P&S Construction, where collaboration with senior management on employee relations issues and policy implementation was key. Alyssa has also contributed as a Guardian ad Litem volunteer and held educational positions while earning a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Nichols College.
