Beth Cordi

Beth Cordi, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Sales for Amavida at Lakes Park, a role assumed in January 2024 following a transition to LCS management. With extensive experience in senior living sales and marketing, previous positions include Director of Sales at HarborChase of Shaker Heights, where successful pre-opening strategies were implemented, and Senior Director of Sales and Marketing at Rose Senior Living Beachwood, overseeing operational transitions. Additional experience includes serving as a Community Relations Manager at Enlivant and co-owning two small businesses in the home services industry, where significant growth and sales achievements were realized. Beth holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University, a Digital Marketing certificate from Florida Atlantic University, and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from Ohio University.
