Chris Durham

Chris Durham is a seasoned construction professional with experience in project management, progressing from an Assistant Project Manager to a Senior Project Manager at The Weitz Company. Chris also served as a Project Director at Webcor before taking on the role of Project Development Manager at LCS. With a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Central Missouri, Chris also has experience as a QC Project Engineer at Watts Constructors. Notably, Chris was involved in the Guam Naval Hospital Replacement project as part of a joint venture between Watts, Webcor, and Obayashi.
