Darcy C.

Darcy C. has extensive work experience in accounting and financial reporting. Their most recent role was as a Senior Director at LCS, where they were responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial reporting to multiple Life Plan communities. They also led the integration and onboarding of new communities, collaborating with IT to implement system and process changes. Prior to LCS, Darcy C. worked at The Kansas City Southern Railway Company as an Assistant Vice President and Director of Accounting, overseeing the accounting and systems associated with net property and capital assets. They also led efforts to cross-train and redirect staff to address shifting priorities. Before that, Darcy C. held various roles at Sprint, including Group Manager and Senior Financial Analyst, where they were responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. They also consolidated accounting processes across different divisions. Their early career includes a role as a Senior Accountant at KPMG, where they supervised audit engagements, and an internship at Pioneer Hibred. Overall, Darcy C. has a wealth of experience in financial reporting, accounting, and leadership.

Darcy C. completed the LCS/Drake University Executive Leadership Development Program from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they participated in the Central Exchange Emerging Leaders program in 2008 and 2009, focusing on emerging leadership. Darcy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting, which they obtained from Simpson College from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they passed the uniform CPA exam in May 1997.
