Dennis Tinker

Dennis Tinker is a skilled executive in asset and performance management with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as Director of Asset and Performance Management at LCS since March 2020, Tinker previously worked as a Mortgage Consultant at Wells Fargo from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, Tinker held the position of Managing Director in Asset Management and Development at Principal Financial Group, directing the leasing, property management, and financing for a significant portfolio while overseeing the development of over 2,300,000 square feet of projects valued at over $375 million. Tinker's career also includes a role as CFO/Controller at Mid-America Group, where financing and accounting were managed for extensive real estate developments. Tinker holds an Executive Master's in Business Administration from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Iowa State University.
