Monica Friedman is the Chief Human Resources Officer at LCS since November 2018. Prior to this role, Monica served as the SVP Human Resources at Nationwide Insurance for over two decades. Monica has extensive experience in providing strategic HR leadership, developing talent management strategies, and leading HR teams in various capacities. Monica holds a BBA with Highest Distinction in Human Resources with a minor in Psychology from the University of Iowa.
