Sam Topping

Sam Topping has extensive work experience in plant operations and maintenance management. Sam worked as the Regional Director of Plant Operations at LCS starting in September 2021. Prior to that, Sam worked at Sandhill Cove Properties, Inc. from 2010 to 2021. During their time at Sandhill Cove Properties, Sam held the positions of Director of Plant Operations from January 2017 to September 2021, and Maintenance Manager from March 2010 to January 2017. As the Maintenance Manager, Sam was responsible for managing maintenance professionals, grounds professionals, and refurbishing specialists, as well as coordinating with contractors and vendors.

Sam Topping attended Vero Beach High School, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. Additionally, Sam holds a certification in Lock out Tag out.
