Sandy Toole

Sandy Toole has a strong background in the healthcare industry, with a focus on long-term care facilities. From 1993 to 2013, they served as the President of Quality Concepts, Inc, a national healthcare consulting firm specializing in regulatory compliance, clinical systems, and quality improvement programs. In 2003, they joined CarDon and Associates as the Director of Clinical Operations, where they developed clinical systems and policies, monitored quality assurance, and trained new Directors of Nursing. Most recently, Sandy Toole has been working at LCS since 2013, first as a Senior Nurse Consultant and currently as the Director of Clinical Services.

Sandy Toole obtained an Associates degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Marian University Indianapolis in 1986. Sandy also has additional certifications, including Advanced Education in Infection Prevention from the Association for Professionals in Infection Control APIC in 2015, Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in 2014, Certified Fitness Trainer from the (ISSA) International Sports Sciences Association in 2012, and Certified Legal Nurse Consultant from the Medical Legal Consulting Institute in 1998.
