Daniel Youngs

Daniel Youngs started their work experience as an Accountant at Frey Lutz Corp in 2005, eventually moving up to Controller and then Director of Service Operations. In 2011, they also became an Adjunct Professor at Lebanon Valley College. Daniel then took on the role of Founding Partner at Dutchman LLC, a production company, until it was acquired in 2017. In 2011, they became the Controller for Franklin Family Farms, Inc., a commercial swine production organization. In the same year, they also became the Controller for White Oak Mills Inc, a multi-species feed mill. Since 2018, they have been working as the Principal of their own company, Youngs Group LLC. In 2019, they became the Chief Financial Officer of LCSWMA, a public authority responsible for managing solid waste. Finally, in 2021, they became the President of Sustainable Assurance Company.

Daniel Youngs earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College in 2007. Daniel then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same college from 2009 to 2011. In 2022, Daniel attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for an Interdisciplinary Professional Program focused on Solid Waste Landfill Design.
