Leon Shields has extensive experience in law enforcement, emergency services, and community planning. Since August 1996, Leon has served as an Instructor and Deputy at the Loudon County Sheriff's Office, focusing on firearms, explosives, and tactical operations. In addition to this role, Leon has been the Owner of Instructional Concepts since January 1998, providing specialized training in various safety and rescue operations. Leon also owns Music City Speed & Nostalgia, specializing in vintage car and advertising collections. As Director and Fire Fighter at Loudon County Fire Rescue since January 2000, Leon has contributed to fire and rescue services.
