Scott Kibby, PE is an experienced professional who has held various key roles in reputable engineering firms. Currently serving as Deputy Program Manager and CEI Manager at LDA Engineering, Scott has a strong background in overseeing multi-million-dollar projects, developing schedules, and ensuring compliance with contract milestones. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Scott has also provided technical leadership for major programs such as the Knoxville Utilities Board PACE 10 Wastewater System Improvements Program during their tenure at Gresham, Smith and Partners.
