James Garland

James Garland is an Investment Director at LDC, with experience executing primary investments in notable companies including Idwal, Cakesmiths, and Zip World, while also supporting significant re-investments in entities such as the NEC Group and A-Gas. Currently serving as a Board Observer for DSP, Idwal, Sohonet, and Zip World, Garland is also a Non-Executive Director at Cakesmiths and an Investor in James and James Fulfilment. Garland's previous roles include involvement in commercial banking at Lloyds Banking Group and a brief work experience at Clifford Chance. Garland holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from Durham University and has passed Level II of the CFA Program.
