Janine Osborn

Janine Osborn is currently the People Director for Group Executive Functions at Lloyds Banking Group, where they focus on enhancing colleague engagement and organizational culture. With a strong background in HR, Janine has held various management roles within the bank from 1984 to 2003, including positions as Executive Assistant to the Group HR Director and People Director for Finance and Audit. In addition to their ongoing work at Lloyds Banking Group, Janine serves as a Non Executive Director at LDC. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Financial Services from London Metropolitan University.
