Simon Staveley-Smith is currently the General Counsel at LDC, a position held since 2016. Previously, Simon served as Senior Counsel at Renshaw Bay LLP from 2013 to 2015 and worked as an Associate at Slaughter and May from 2006 to 2013, specializing in corporate M&A law. Simon completed a Bachelor’s Degree in History with First Class honors at Durham University from 2001 to 2004 and attended BPP Law School from 2005 to 2006.
