Tom Gilchrist

Tom Gilchrist is an experienced investment manager currently working at LDC since September 2025. Previously, Tom held positions as a board observer at Blacklock, Alpha Development, Harnham, and Elements Talent Consultancy from late 2024 to mid-2025, and served as an investor at BGF from January 2023, where BGF is recognized as a leading equity investor in small and mid-sized UK businesses. Prior to these roles, Tom worked as a manager and senior analyst at CIL Management Consultants and as a senior associate and associate in M&A Strategy & Operations at PwC. Tom's early career included a role as a digital analyst at Magic Panda International, a Chinese e-commerce service firm, and an internship at Addleshaw Goddard. Tom holds a BSc in International Management from the University of Warwick and has studied finance and professional Chinese at Fudan University.
