Christine Martin

Christine Martin is the Director of Compliance for Multifamily Housing at LDG Development, LLC, where they currently hold the position. They previously served as President at Bennett Martin Consulting, and as a Compliance Specialist at National Church Residences from 2000 to 2006. Christine has also been involved in training and operations management at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency and has shared expertise on regulatory compliance as an instructor for the National Center of Housing Management. With a BA in Business Administration from Otterbein University, they are experienced in affordable housing and government administration, evidenced by their role as a Board Member at Homes on the Hill Community Development Corporation.
