Dee Bauer

Dee Bauer, HCCP, COS, AMS, currently serves as the Regional Asset Manager for the Southeast at LDG Development, LLC, since June 2025, while also functioning as a Technical Consultant at Bauer Compliance and Consulting since February 2023. Previous experience includes the role of Senior Asset Manager, Stabilized at CREA, LLC, from April 2023 to May 2025, and Asset Manager at Dominium from May 2021 to January 2023. Dee Bauer also held positions as an Asset Manager at Preferred Compliance Solutions, LLC from December 2019 to May 2021, and President/CEO at Bauer Compliance and Consulting from February 2008 to December 2019, focusing on affordable housing consultation and training for property management staff. Educational qualifications include a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Louisville.
