Steve Rapp

Steve Rapp, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Steve started their career as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, where they gained valuable experience in audit planning and implementation. Steve then joined Cassidy Fine Foods as the Controller and COO, overseeing all day-to-day operations and financial activities of five different food service companies.

Afterwards, Steve worked as an Independent Power Plant Contractor at LG&E before joining Dixie Warehouse Services as the Controller. In this role, they were responsible for financial reporting, directing accounting staff, coordinating audits, maintaining budgets, and overseeing controls. Steve also played a key role in the successful sale of the company.

At Almost Family, Inc., Steve served as the Controller/Director of Accounting for almost a decade. In this position, they managed financial reporting and played a crucial role in the company's financial operations. Steve'smost recent role is as the CFO of LDG Development, LLC, where they currently oversee the financial activities of the organization.
