LDR Engineering Group (LDR) provides comprehensive building science (or envelope, enclosure) consulting engineering services on residential, commercial, heritage, and institutional building projects.  Our clients include architects, developers, property managers, and professional facility managers who require high quality service and cost effective solutions on existing buildings and new construction projects.

LDR is a partnership formed through the merger of two established building science consulting engineering firms, Bamtec Engineering incorporated in 2005 and JSD Engineering incorporated in 2009.  Our merger has brought together a team of engineering professionals with decades of combined experience in the construction and building science industry, who pride themselves on providing high quality services to clients with the utmost integrity, reliability, and efficiency.
