Eric D. is a Senior Manager of Technology at LDS, where they lead the integration of AI and advanced information systems in the RISE Next Generation program to enhance student learning outcomes. They currently work as a Technical Lead for the Learning Disabilities Society, focusing on AI-driven tools for neurodivergent learners. Previously, Eric made significant contributions in the field of machine learning, including fine-tuning large language models for the legal sector and leading R&D on diffusion models for image generation. Eric holds a PhD in Elementary Particle Physics from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, where they played a role in the discovery of the Higgs boson at CERN.
