Angel Bollinger

Angel Bollinger has held various roles in the past nine years. In 2021, they began working at LDSS Corp as a Senior Project Management Operations Support and Business Financial Analyst. Her role includes processing Federal Contract and Funding documents with 100% accuracy and managing Privacy and Security documentation for five Authorization to Operate (ATO) Programs via SharePoint. Angel also drafted Published Privacy and Security Statements for DOI. From 2018 to 2021, Angel worked at Vital Edge Solutions, Inc in roles as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Training Lead. In this role, they developed the Technical Training Effort Project from scratch, improved CSR performance through weekly group training sessions, and produced forty technical documents. From 2017 to 2018, Angel worked at Nightdancer Design as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, they processed raw multi-media files for portfolio and social-media publication, performed regular inventory and supply cost analysis, and provided occasional assistance with client communications, scheduling, and F2F marketing. Additionally, in 2017 Angel worked at Frontpoint as an Associate Product Support Specialist. Angel graduated first out of twenty from a five-week training class covering all proprietary systems and CRM. Angel was also recognized as an “Empathy Master” for implementing a genuine, personable approach to customer interactions. From 2014 to 2017, Angel worked at Chart House Restaurant as a VIP Program Assistant. In this role, they promoted B2B relationships with local hotels via F2F marketing and oversaw the creation, company expenditure, and presentation of rewards packages to participating concierges. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, Angel worked at QueenCity Sewing Company as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, they increased productivity and improved bookkeeping by revamping office/studio organization and inventory. Angel also assisted with sewing lesson classroom activities and the production of a high-quality, industrial-sized commission project for the Ntelos Pavilion.

Angel Bollinger is currently enrolled at James Madison University, where they are pursuing a degree in Business and Technology Leadership and Development. Prior to this, they studied Psychology, Sociology, and Information Literacy at Northern Virginia Community College from 2015-2016. From 2012-2014, they studied English Language and Literature, General at Blue Ridge Community College (Virginia). In 2009-2010, they studied French Language and Literature, History at Hollins University. Additionally, Angel has obtained a HDI Customer Service Representative (CSR) certification from Vital Edge Solutions, Inc in February 2020, and a CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in September 2020.
