L&E Partners is a boutique, national retained executive search firm that develops targeted, C-suite introductions for the private equity and private capital community. Our objective is to create and nurture the right interactions that ultimately can lead to maximum investment returns for our clients.

Collectively, for the past 60 years, the principals of L&E Partners have cultivated long-term relationships with talented, backable C-suite executives interested to develop investment strategies in partnership with the private equity and private capital community, at times, these executives bringing specific investment theses or acquisition targets. Our success is rooted in providing our clients introductions to industry-specific, operating executives who are able to provide requisite expertise and knowledge that enable our clients to confidently invest in new and existing portfolio companies. With these high caliber, C-level executives at their sides, our clients are better equipped to source, diligence and transact new investments.

Our non-traditional approach encompasses a highly focused recruitment process driven by a thorough understanding of diverse industry sectors and an intricate working knowledge of private equity transaction processes. Our methodology of identifying operating executives, particularly those entering a transition phase of their careers, allows us to continuously generate and introduce to our private equity clients top-tier industry executives. Our knowledge, process, and perspective have made us a unique and dedicated resource for firms looking to expand their reach into the corporate ranks, recognizing the value created by aligning themselves with qualified operating executives.
