Le Trente is a global community headquartered in Geneva where open-minded people and purpose-driven brands connect through inspiring salons, mindful gatherings and creative workshops.

WHO WE SERVE: Our community members and clients are leaders in their niches: visionaries in their own right. They are courageous, hopeful and deeply committed to doing good work. Rather than racing against others, they focus on continuous improvement — for their clients, their teams, their communities, and the environment. Our clients turn to Le Trente when they're ready to do the hard work first. Whether that’s bringing their authentic message into the world, establishing foundations for mindful leadership presence, taking steps to becoming a thought leader in their space or uplevelling their teams with our bespoke coaching programmes. When it comes to conscious communication, we help uncover and amplify the essence of each individual and brand, weaving together their history and mission in ways that truly resonate with their audience. We believe in creating considered strategies, using a mindful approach, powerful coaching tools and story-driven tactics to empower our clients to take the necessary steps to see their dreams realised.
