Rob Coggin

Rob Coggin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, sales, and construction management. Currently serving as a realtor at Rocks Realty since January 2024, Rob also holds the title of 200K Leader at Le-Vel since November 2018. Prior roles include manager at Coggin Construction & Excavating Inc. from May 2012 to September 2019, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing construction projects and customer relations. Rob's expertise extends to corporate training positions at The Intercoastal Group and MCO Orlando, focused on sales and team development. An alumnus of Stetson University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sport Business, Rob also contributed as an athletic intern and intercollegiate athlete, showcasing leadership and teamwork skills throughout the academic and athletic experience.
