Shadia Esse

Shadia Esse has a diverse background with extensive experience in property management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a 12k Promoter at Le-Vel since July 2018, Shadia has also managed rentals and properties for Berro Properties since June 2007, focusing on tenant relations and asset protection. Shadia has held leadership roles, including CEO of Expert Property Management and Distress Services, overseeing all aspects of business operations, including marketing, finance, and customer service. Additional experience includes roles at It Works! Global and Performance Management Group, Inc., contributing to program development and training. Shadia’s educational credentials include a Real Estate Associate degree from the Gold Coast School of Real Estate and ongoing studies in cosmetology at the Palm Beach Academy of Health & Beauty.
