Jeff Turner

Jeff Turner has a diverse work experience in the financial technology industry. Jeff started their career as a Director at Bank of Montreal in 1993. From 1994 to 1998, they served as the Former MKT VP at EveryWare Development. In 1999, they co-founded BoomBoat, a system integrator catering to the telco and finance space. During their time at BoomBoat, they were responsible for growth, sales, marketing, and revenue capture. Jeff successfully sold the Intellectual Property and technology assets to a 3rd Party in 2010. In 2007, they became the Co-Founder and Owner of ShrinkRay Mobile, a technology spin-out from BoomBoat, where they directed and managed the growth and revenue capture for the ShrinkRay platform. In 2011, they joined Bluerush Digital Media as the Acting Chief Marketing Technologist, leading digital strategy and implementation for key customers in the investment industry. Jeff then served as the CMO of Zenbanx Canada from 2015 to 2016. In 2010, they became the General Partner at Upperhand Inc., where they led a team of experts to simplify digital and marketing strategies for fintech companies. Jeff also worked as a Major Accounts Manager at devtopia and as a Principal at nSureLedger, focusing on navigating new fintech companies and expanding blockchain technology applications. In 2018, they took on the role of Head of Growth at Lead Assign, aiming to grow the business over 5x in 18 months.

Jeff Turner completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business from the University of Ottawa in 1987. Additionally, they hold a BComm Honors degree from the same university, although the specific dates are not provided.
