Thomas McDermott

Thomas McDermott is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as Accounting Controller at Lead Bank since August 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas held various positions at CrossFirst Bank from July 2013 to August 2022, culminating in the role of Controller for CrossFirst Bankshares, where responsibilities included financial statement consolidation, regulatory reporting, and oversight of accounting standards.
