You weren’t handed a leadership playbook, so we'll help you write your own.

At Lead By Design Lab, we help women in leadership become the kind of leaders they were never modeled: confident, strategic, emotionally intelligent, and unapologetically effective.

You’ve earned the title. But now you’re managing misaligned teams, endless meetings, and the quiet stress of leading inside systems that weren’t built with you in mind.

Maybe you’re…

→ Burned out from carrying the weight of being “the only”
→ Navigating conflict with a team that resists your leadership
→ Hitting a ceiling in your growth and wondering what’s next, or if there is a next
→ Trying to lead effectively while constantly second-guessing yourself behind the scenes

Lead By Design Lab exists to change that.

Through executive coaching, team consulting, and dynamic leadership workshops, we help you lead with authority and alignment. So, you’re no longer performing power, but living it.

We support you in:

✨ Resolving conflict without self-abandonment
✨ Managing your time and energy like a true executive
✨ Building influence with your team, across the org, and in your industry
✨ Reclaiming your leadership style (no more watered-down corporate scripts)
✨ Designing a career that fuels your goals, not your doubts

Because if you were promoted into a broken system, you don’t need to “fix yourself.”

You need better tools, a smarter strategy, and a space where you don’t have to explain why it’s hard.

Founded by LaToya Jordan, PhD candidate in Social-Organizational Psychology and leadership consultant to Fortune 500 companies and national universities, Lead By Design Lab combines proven frameworks with deep cultural insight to help women of color lead teams, drive change, and advance their careers without burning out.
