Anne-Birgitte Albrectsen

Anne-Birgitte Albrectsen is an international leadership advisor, facilitator, and changemaker currently serving as the Executive Director of ABA Global Action and the Managing Director & Partner at LEAD. They are an Advisory Council Member at the Global Institute for Women's Leadership and have previously held notable roles such as CEO of The LEGO Foundation and Plan International, as well as UN Assistant Secretary General. With extensive experience in strategy and transformation, Anne-Birgitte focuses on helping leaders and organizations thrive while promoting inclusive cultures. They hold a Cand.jur degree in International Law from Københavns Universitet.
