Valdemar Spring

Valdemar Spring is a leadership consultant and business psychologist focused on creating high-performing workplaces. With a strong foundation in organizational psychology and diverse experience in strategic HR and project management, they specialize in areas such as leadership development, employee well-being, and diversity and inclusion. Valdemar has worked on various leadership development projects, including as a thesis student at Novo Nordisk, and served as an instructor in I/O psychology at the University of Copenhagen. Currently, they are a Leadership Consultant at LEAD - enter next level, where they continue to work on organizational and team development. Valdemar holds a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Copenhagen.
