Barbara Thompson

Assistant to the President at Lead Generating Tools

Barbara Thompson has over 29 years of experience in labor and employee relations. Barbara began their career in 1980 as a Special Agent with the FBI. In 1983, they joined the Mountain States Employers Council as an Assistant to the President, and later became the Executive Vice President. In this role, they have worked with MSEC members as a labor relations attorney in successfully avoiding union petitions during organizing attempts, winning elections in union campaigns, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and representing employers in grievance arbitration.

Barbara Thompson received their Doctor of Law (JD) from Emory University School of Law between 1977 and 1980. Prior to that, they obtained their BA in American Studies from Union College between 1973 and 1977.
