Karla Grazier

Karla Grazier is the CEO and President of Goodwill of Colorado, overseeing a non-profit social enterprise with 3,000 employees. Karla has also served on the Board of Directors and as Audit Chair for GoodwillFinds.com since 2020, contributing to sustainable mission opportunities for Goodwills nationwide. Previously, Karla held leadership roles including Chair of the Board of Directors at Goodwill Industries International and was a Lead Independent Director at 5Star Bank. With academic experience as an Adjunct Lecturer at both NYU Stern School of Business and Yale University, Karla has shared expertise in financial and corporate governance. Karla completed an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington and holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame.
