Kimberly Barton

Kimberly Barton has been working in the Human Resources field since 1996. Kimberly began their career as the Human Resources Director at the Holiday Inn Rolling Meadows-Illinois in 1996. In 1998, they moved to the Wyndham Hotels- Tremont Boston Hotel in the same role. In 2004, they were appointed as the Assistant Human Resources Director at NeighborWorks America. In 2011, they joined the Intermountain Compensation and Benefits Association as a Member Board of Directors. Currently, they are employed at the Mountain States Employers Council as a Human Resources Advisor & Compensation Manager.

Kimberly Barton attended Emory University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
